Tim Steinhelfer is a consummate researcher and writer with a knack for leaving no stone unturned. He has drafted many prevailing appellee’s briefs for attorneys in Ohio courts of appeals as well as a prevailing appellant’s brief for an attorney in the Nevada Court of Appeals. In addition to appellate advocacy, Mr. Steinhelfer concentrates his practice in the areas of family law with a special interest in high-asset complex divorce litigation; and plaintiff-side civil litigation, representing ordinary people against powerful interests.
